Denn die Stadtbibliothek haut grade wieder Platten raus, diesmal gar nur für 20 Cent, und ich war als einer der allerersten da (purer Zufall). Endergebnis : 100 gekaufte Platten für 20 Euro. Und alles verdammt guter Kram, eine Novi-Singers-Platte von der ich noch nie gehört habe in dreifacher Ausführung, Wladimir Nahorny “Jej Portet” endlich als Vinyl, zwei neue JazzQ Platten, jeweils noch eine Kopie vom Günther-Fischer-Quintett, Vaclac Zharadniks “Euro Jazz” und Halin Frackowiak “Geira”, ein paar neue Ausgaben der “Hungarian Contempary Music”-Reihe (zeitgenössische Klassik aus Ungarn (aus den 70ern)) von der ich schon mehrfach gesamplet habe… Und Unmengen anderer Kram. Blöd nur das irgendein Idiot gleichzeitig in irgendeiner anderen Kiste zugange war und etwa 10 Platten mitgenommen hat die aus der Ferne auch recht verführerisch aussahen. Mist.

Hmmm, love those library sales, always great stuff for cheap
Hehe, yes. Especially because I still don’t buy my stuff on ebay and similar, I am the classic “dusty fingers”-guy concerning vinyl. But I am still waiting for some specific records there, records I know they have but didn’t see on sale yet.
